16:00 - 17:00: Arrival and accommodation (time to "shed" suits and stress).

19:30: Recovery dinner (plant-based "power food" cuisine).
21:00: Men's circle by the fire - integration and setting intentions for the weekend.

Day 2: Deep Work (Saturday)

08:00 - 09:15: Morning Start: Dynamic yoga by the lake + breathing techniques (Pranayama) to increase fitness.
09:30: Nutritious breakfast.
11:30 - 14:00: Forest Mindful Survival: Active forest walk combined with mindfulness training and breath training on the move.
14:30: Light lunch / Free time (option: kayaking or sauna).
17:00 - 18:30: Yin Yoga for Athletes: Deep fascial stretching and calming of the nervous system.
19:00: Dinner.
20:30: Evening "Silence in the Head" meditation and sauna session with aromatherapy.

Day 3: Return to Balance (Sunday)

08:00 - 09:15: Final Flow: Yoga practice combining strength and balance.
09:30: Breakfast together.
11:00 - 12:30: Workshop: "Stress under control" - how to transfer breathing and meditation techniques to daily work and life.
13:00: End of the trip and farewell meal.
