Day 4Z imna Krew & CliffsHike to wild cliffs, breathing training (Cold Exposure/Breathing), evening sunset trekking.

Day 5-6 Rhythm & EnergyFinal surf sessions. Evening drum circles - releasing stress through rhythm and movement. Shared barbecue "catch of the day".

Day 7 New StartLast morning session in the ocean, wrap up the trip and return home with new energy.
