Summary of the day's program

⛰️ Day 1-2: Gate of the Caucasus (Stepancminda) Landing in Tbilisi and immediate transfer via the War Road towards Kazbek. Approach to the church of Cminda Sameba (2170 meters above sea level). First night in the mountains - learning to calm down and adapt to the altitude.

🔥 Day 3: Trial of Character (Trekking/Horses) A full day hike towards the Gergeti Glacier or a horseback rally through the Sno Valley. This is a day of physical fatigue and facing the vagaries of mountain weather. In the evening: bathing in an icy stream and recuperating by a campfire.

🏺 Day 4: Roots and Blood (Kakheti) Descend to the land of wine. A visit to a traditional winery where wine is aged in kvevri clay amphorae. This is not a tasting - it's a lesson in patience and respect for the fruits of the earth. Bread-baking workshop shoti in clay ovens.

⚔️ Day 6: Rock City and History (Uplisciche) Exploration of the ancient city carved into the rocks. Mindfulness training among ruins that have survived for millennia. Return to Tbilisi and visit Abanotubani sulfur baths - a ritual to purify body and mind.

🌅 Day 7: New Horizon Morning march to Narikala Hill. Summary of the trip overlooking the waking city. Depart with a sense of inner embedding and Caucasian serenity in the heart.
