Short Day Program

🎣 Day 3: Fighting in the Deep Launching into the high seas with a local fisherman. Learning how to use the equipment and read the water. This is a day of patience and hand strength. Self-gutting and preparing the catch for dinner - a return to the roots of foraging.

🥾 Day 4: Troll Path (Trekking) Going into the mountains. A full day's march through granite ridge tops and mosses. This is a time for silence on the march. At the summit - a shared meal of field rations and a view that stays under your eyelids forever.

🔥 Day 5: Hardening and Cleansing A day of biological regeneration. Breathing workshop on the pier, followed by a cycle: hot sauna - icy fjord. This is a moment to expel toxins and stress from the body. In the evening, discussions about what in life is ballast and what is anchor.

🚣 Day 6: Element and Silence (Kayaks) A sea kayak expedition deep into the narrow branches of the fjord, where tourist ships do not reach. A sense of the enormity of the rock walls rising straight out of the water. Overnight in tents on the wild shore (optional).

🌅 Day 7: Return from the North One last look at the horizon. Packing up your gear and transferring to the airport. You return with a cool head, a stronger handshake and a peace of mind that no city noise can shatter.
