Scheduled Day Program

🌱 Day 1-2: Awakening in San José Landing and a quick drop into the mountains. First contact with the humid air. Evening breathing session (Wim Hof style) to the sounds of the rainforest. Mental preparation for entering the wilderness.

🌊 Day 3-4: Pacuare - River of Life Two-day kayaking/rafting expedition through the heart of the jungle. Overnight in an eco-lodge accessible only from the water. No coverage, no electricity, just you and the group. Fight Class IV rapids - a test of cooperation and reflexes.

🌋 Day 5-6: Arenal Fire and Renewal Trekking at the foot of the active Arenal volcano. Walking on suspension bridges over the treetops. In the evening: regeneration in natural thermae. Learning about local medicinal plants and their effects on male hormones.

🏹 Day 7-8: Monteverde - Survival in the Clouds Entrance to the misty forest. Mindfulness training in absolute silence. Descent down the longest tyrolean in Latin America (over 1.5 km long) - overcoming the barrier of fear of heights. Night march in search of predators.

🏄 Day 9-11: Santa Teresa - Balance and Ocean Transfer to the Nicoya Peninsula. Three days of intense surfing and functional training on the beach at sunset. It's a time for "renewal" through salt water and sunshine. Evening bonfires and feasts over freshly caught fish.

🌅 Day 12: Pura Vida - New Chapter Last training together at dawn. Return to San José. Depart for the country with a supply of wild energy that will last you for years of fighting in the urban jungle.
