Short Day Program

🔥 Day 1-3: Bangkok Pulse and Tradition Immerse yourself in the energy of the capital. A visit to Wat Pho temple, the cradle of traditional Thai massage. First sessions with masters who will show you how the energy flows in your body. In the evening: exploration of night markets and street food.

🥊 Day 4-7: Warrior Camp (Phuket or Chiang Mai) Transfer to a professional training camp. Morning runs at dawn, punching technique, bag and shield work. This is the time to get the tension out of yourself. After each workout - a mandatory sports massage to understand the process of muscle recovery.

🌿 Day 8-10: Restoration Craft (Massage Course) We settle in a quieter place in the north or on the island. Daily Thai massage workshops. You'll learn how to work with fascia, how to unblock the spine, and how to help others (and yourself) with pain. Evening breathing meditations.

🌊 Day 11-12: Water Element (Krabi/Khao Sok) Active recreation. Kayaking through mangroves or trekking in the jungle of Khao Sok National Park. Overnight stay in cabins on the water. Time for men's fireside chats and taking stock of what has changed in your approach to health.

🌅 Day 13: Return with New Energy Last ritual at a local temple. Transfer to the airport. You return relaxed, stronger and with concrete body work skills that no one can take away from you.
